In 2020 when the Hospitality industry was turned on its ear, Chef Gray Wilson found himself in unprecedented circumstances.  He was on a strong career path, with an even brighter future ahead, then it all came to a screeching halt. Turning adversity into opportunity, he build the True North culinary team on innovation, hard work, and dedication servicing military contracts, hotel events, hotel restaurants, and private events.  

 

Fast forward to March 2026, The Kitchen is OPEN!  Your True North team has transitioned to a brand new self-sustaining culinary hub, The Kitchen at True North Provisions!  We are excited to provide all our guests with amazing food and the friendliest hospitality in town!
